These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Skyfense's website, dashboard, APIs, integrations, and related services. By using Skyfense, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Skyfense provides tools that collect and assess storefront traffic to help merchants identify automation, fraud, checkout abuse, and invalid advertising traffic. Features may vary by deployment, workspace configuration, and product maturity. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, workspace configuration, and ensuring that people you authorize use the service appropriately. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
3. Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for your storefront notices, privacy disclosures, consent mechanisms, integrations, targeting rules, and decisions made using Skyfense outputs. You must have the rights and permissions needed to send telemetry to Skyfense and configure any ad-pixel reporting guard. Do not use Skyfense to make decisions prohibited by applicable law or to unlawfully discriminate against people.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer or attempt to evade the detection system, probe or disrupt the service, upload malicious code, access another tenant's data, use the service for unlawful surveillance, or use automated access except through documented interfaces. We may suspend access to protect the service, customers, or visitors.
5. Intellectual property
Skyfense and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, documentation, trademarks, and underlying technology. You retain rights in information you provide. You grant Skyfense the limited rights needed to operate the service and provide support.
6. Feedback
If you provide suggestions or feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
7. Disclaimers
Skyfense provides risk signals and decisions, not a guarantee that every abusive session will be detected or that every legitimate session will be allowed. You remain responsible for reviewing configuration and outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties not expressly stated in these terms.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyfense will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Any aggregate liability will be limited to the fees paid for the service during the period specified in the applicable order or, where no fees apply, the amount permitted by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, misuse, non-payment, security risk, or legal requirement. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will continue, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute provisions.
10. General
These terms and any applicable order or data-processing agreement form the agreement between you and Skyfense for the service. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Questions can be sent to hello@skyfense.com.
