Build your claim
from visit evidence.
Bring click IDs, detection signals, allocated costs, and visit links into one monthly CSV. Skyfense organizes the evidence and tracks your claim while you handle submission to Google.
Google reviews the claim. Estimated amounts are not a promised payout.
Export the evidence.
Track the outcome.
Choose a month
Open the Google Ads panel and download a CSV of invalid Google Ads visits carrying a click ID. Each row links back to the visit for investigation.
Review and submit
Check click IDs and repeated visits, then use Google's invalid-activity process to submit your claim. Mark it as submitted in Skyfense.
Record any credit
When Google responds, record the credited amount. The tracker shows claimed, awaiting, and credited totals, and logs every status change.
A click ID.
A reason. A visit.
The export includes the visit time, Google click ID, campaign, IP and location, verdict, signals that fired, allocated cost, and a dashboard link. Your team can inspect the underlying session before including it in a claim.
Costs come from the campaign's average CPC for the day. Rows describe visits, so repeated visits can share a click ID. Review those rows when preparing your submission.
A Skyfense invalid-traffic assessment is supporting evidence. It does not determine Google's billing or guarantee eligibility for a credit.
One monthly record.
Visible progress.
The tracker keeps a monthly claim history so you can follow past submissions and credits.
Pending claims for the last three months are recalculated as fresh spend data arrives.
Status changes are logged, making it easier to see when a claim was marked submitted or credited.
Refund evidence questions
What the export contains and what happens after you submit it.
Does Skyfense submit the claim to Google?
No. Skyfense prepares evidence and tracks the status you record. You submit the claim through Google’s invalid-activity process, and Google decides whether to issue a credit.
Which visits appear in the evidence CSV?
The selected month’s invalid Google Ads visits that include a gclid. Each row contains the time, click ID, campaign, IP, location, verdict, signals, allocated cost, and a link to the visit. A click ID can appear more than once if it produced several visits.
Are the claim amounts guaranteed refunds?
No. Costs are allocated using campaign-day average CPC, rather than an individual click’s billed price. Claim amounts are estimates; Google may credit a different amount or decline the claim.
Which plan includes evidence and tracking?
The Google Ads beta is available on Pro and Business and needs a connected Google Ads account. Review the account scope and spend-allocation limits before using the evidence.
