Doesn't Google already filter fake clicks?

Do I need to connect my Google or Facebook account?

No. Skyfense sees ad visitors when they land on your store, so it works without connecting anything.

Can I get my money back?

You can ask Google for a refund on fake clicks. On the Pro plan, Skyfense gives you the list of fake clicks with times and reasons to back up your request. Google decides.

My ads get clicks but no sales. Is it always bots?

Not always. Often it's the wrong keywords or audience. Skyfense tells you which it is, so you fix the right thing.
